I dont know if I have seen this in hisnul haseen but surely in munajaat e maqbool. Also, in some copies of Uswai Rasool e Akram salallahu alayhi wa sallam you will also find this dua. Insha'Allah I will provide scanned copy if Allah swt wills.

حدثنا عبد الله حدثني محمد بن إسحاق المسيبي ثنا أنس بن عياض عن أبي مودود عن محمد بن كعب عن أبان بن عثمان عن عثمان ان النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : من قال بسم الله الذي لا يضر مع اسمه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء وهو السميع العليم ثلاث مرات لم تفجأه فاجئه بلاء حتى الليل ومن قالها حين يمسي لم تفجأه فاجئه بلاء حتى يصبح ان شاء الله
