How authentic is this hadith

The book is: النرد والشطرنج والملاهي للآجري

The Hadith is here:
حديث مقطوع: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْجَوْزِيُّ , أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْقَطَّانُ , وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ , وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الْهَمْدَانِيُّ , عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ زَيْدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , وَهُوَ يَقُولُ لِلْقَاسِمِ : هَذِهِ النَّرْدُ مِنَ الْمَيْسِرِ أَرَأَيْتَ الشِّطْرَنْجَ مَيْسِرٌ هُوَ " ؟ فَقَالَ الْقَاسِمُ : " كُلُّ مَا أَلْهَى عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعَنِ الصَّلاةَ فَهُوَ مَيْسِرٌ " .
The Hadith is Maqtu'u, which means it goes up to Zaid ibn 'Abdullah and al-Qassim bin Muhammad, so it's not even a Prophetic Hadith.

Now how reliable is the chain?

In the book "ذم الملاهي" by the scholar "بن أبي الدنيا" we read the same narration:
عن عبيد الله بن عمر قال : قيل للقاسم : هذه النردة تكرهونها ، فما بال الشطرنج ؟ ! قال : كل ما ألهى عن ذكر الله وعن الصلاة فهو من الميسر .
The researcher of the book "عمرو عبد المنعم سليم" said the Sanad is Sahih.
