Salam.

Tawassul is in the al-Qur'an when the sons of Yakub

ask for forgiveness through their dad.
They said, "O our father, ask for us forgiveness of our sins; indeed, we have been sinners." (Yusuf : 97)

Can we do tawassul with our parents as our parents dua (especially our mothers) are accepted?

This is not tawassul. It's asking someone to make dua for you
