in Islam, we are supposed to hide our sins because if Allah has hidden them from the people, why would we tell people.

but what if a few people already know some bad deeds you did, and you start a new life of deen, on the Day of Judgement, will Allah still reveal to everyone your bad deeds before you turned your life around?

The mercy of Allah swt is vast, very vast. The person who repents from a sin is as if he had never done that sin.
