Wow MashAllah, This Mufti is pretty sharp looking. The guy has got style, he got the looks, hes rocking a nice shirt with a sweet looking tie. Also the guy seems to be into some serious weightlifting and got what they call "Guns".Hes so different from the regular lot. The Mufti of the new age, the 21st century. Is this only a Maliki thing or what. Or is it that Hanafis , salafis etc make our religion too tight.
To be honest, I am getting more confused now. When it comes to the outer look, Our scholors usually say its Haram to have a getup like this Mufti. And Some even say that hadeeth says that do not resemble(mushabihat) like the non-believers. Therefore, a getup like them is not allowed in islam. But here i say a Mufti, so now what goes in my mind is that if this Mufti ever come across the other Muftis , then there will be a serious Fight between them. The other group of mufti(hanafis) will say to this Mufti, hey you r dressing and looking like kuffar now, its Haram. Looks like you should do your ifta again. And then this mufti will reply back and smash 100s of Dalail and arguments from his Fiqah and prove how , everythign is allowed and that you Hanafis are just making things tight for us western muslims. And so on and on I wonder what will happen to laymen like us, who are already going down the drain. We just get confused more and more everyday. So many different version of islams out there. I guess the differences of Islamic styles is a blessing for the ummah? what do you think my friends |

One thing may be Haraam according to the Hanafi Madhhab according the principles [Usool] they have, whilst it may be perfectly Halal for the Maaliki's due to their Usool [principles]. There will be diversity and difference of opinion. And it is a mercy as the 'Ulamaa have mentioned. There are good videos/articles explaining about Madhhabs, if you want them I'll post it. If other 'Ulamaa criticize him, them it must be for a reason that we might not get it due to our lack of Islamic knowledge. And if some people cannot tolerate difference of opinion, then Allah help them. It's not neccessary that 'Ulamaa 'fight' each other over some small issue. There will be some 'Ulamaa that might have grudges with other 'Ulamaa but hey they are human beings too. ![]() |
