Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
Wednesday 15 June 2011 | 13 Rajab 1432 AH The Following is Saying Of The Respected Shaykh From The Website www.shaykh.org Getting Reward Whilst Shopping: “A person will be rewarded even when he spends money on his own family. However, this reward is dependent upon the person’s intention; if the intention is to acquire the Pleasure of Allāh ta’ala, he will be rewarded. Therefore, when going shopping for groceries, clothes etc. make the intention, ‘I am doing this to fulfil the Command of Allāh ta’ala of feeding and clothing my family and I am doing this for His pleasure only.’ Inshā’allāh, you will be entitled to reward. It is unfortunate that we do not make an intention of pleasing Allāh ta’ala whilst carrying out those actions which we normally carry out as routine. If only we could learn to make the correct intention at the right time, then all our apparent worldly actions would become a means of acquiring reward and the Pleasure of Allāh ta’ala.” Note: The Above Quote Was Taken From www.shaykh.org Click The Following Links: Beautiful Sunnats Of The Beloved Nabi | Online Book | 37 Pages | Free Download |FREE! http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...EE!&highlight= Profit From Ramadhan Book: http://www.haqislam.org/ramadan/Prof...Ramadh%E3n.pdf Short Lectures In Urdu And English About Ramadhan: http://idauk.org/dawah/value_ramadhan.html Article : A MUST READ : http://www.alhuda-academy.org.uk/ramadhan.pdf Respect For The Sacred Cities: http://www.alhuda-academy.org.uk/Leaflet3.pdf How To Perform Umrah Book http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...ter&highlight= How To Perform Hajj Book http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...ter&highlight= |

I do understand the reasons behind intention and it's benefits especially those of us less concious of our actions.
If one does an action so often it becomes automatic (especially good actions). Your brain just hardwires it into you. That you get to the stage where you are doing it automatically without thinking so. For example: We don't say 'I intend to walk'. Many of us have been doing it since about 2. We just walk. It's then about destination and what you want to achieve. |
