Almost all of the outstanding and reliable scholars of Ahlus Sunnah issued the fatwa of kufr against shia, some of them are:

1 - Shaykh Mulla Ali Qari of Makkah

2 - Shaykh As-Sayyid Mehmood Aalosi Chief Mufti of Baghdad (روح المعانی ج26 ص128)

3 - Shaykh Muhammad Amin ibn Abideen Ash-Shami of Syria

4 - Fatawa Alamgiri aka Fatawa Hindiya compiled by 500 top researchers (muhaqqiqeen) and reliable scholars of Subcontinent in which Shah Waliullah's father Shah Abdur-Rahim were also included (ج2 ص268 طبع ہند)

5 - Shaykh Shah Waliullah of Subcontinent

6 - Shaykh Shah Abdul Aziz bin Shah Waliullah of Subcontinent

7 - Shaykh Rasheed Ahmad Al-Gangohi of Subcontinent

8 - Shaykh Anwar Shah Al-Kashmiri of Subcontinent (اکفار الملحدین ص38)

9 - Shaykh Rasheed Ahmad Ludhyanvi Chief Mufti of Pakistan

10 - Shaykh Sarfraz Khan Safdar of Pakistan (ارشاد الشیعہ ص30)

Note: Above references are from the Hanafi scholars only.

I've more than 500 references of Ahlus Sunnah scholars of past and present from all over the world wherein they declared shia as kafir. Period!
