Assalamu Alaykum,
I have heard many times that if a person missess Juma Prayer 3 times he is no longer a Muslim.
Is this true?
If a person does miss it 3 times, with or without valid reasons what must he do??

Who said that you're no longer muslim if you miss 3 jumu'ahs ? The proof is on the one who states something.

The hadith referred to is as follows but nowhere it says you become kafir :
“Allah Ta’ala seals the heart of that person who misses out three Jumu’ahs due to negligence. (Sunan Al Nasai Vol.1 Pg.202)
