First part (in green) is in arabic; in brown it's just written "Hadrat Sayyiduna Siddiq Akbar - Radiyallahu 'anhu"; I thought you were Arab and could thus read it..

@ Umar Italy, the second line is indeed in Urdu. mehboob e khuda ... jaansheene mehboobe rabb .... aashiq e shaaneshaah etc are not Arabic phrases, even if they resemble Arabic slightly.
