Asalamoalikum
i am a muslim woman who is suffering with pain n heart breaking phase now plz plz help me...my husband was involved in some bad activity some months before when i knew it we had some argument about it n in the last i said if u ever do this activity again our nikah will b break...
And now 2day his own brother told me he is still involve in this activity...
What should i do?is my nikah got broken?if this is divorce then what kind divorce is it?do we need refresh our nikah?i will die if there is no solution...i have a baby of 2 years.my husband is also very sorry.what should be its kaffara?i can not live without my husband..i love him very much...plz show me a right way..

I am not a scholar but do know that a woman cannot issue divorce. At least that is the case in Hanafi Fiqh. I don't know what the ruling is in other schools of thought.

Contact Mufti Ibn Adam www.daruliftaa.com or visit Shariah Council and speak to capeble seassoned mufti.
These types of question should not be disscussed with the laymen. In the mean time, do lot of salat, read quran, send selwat and pray to Allah for ease.

oMG, y did u threatend ur husband with sumthng u were unable to cope with? Secondly, if u really care that much abt religion, halaal, haraam, y wud u want to live with a persn involvd in bad activities?

thanks every one ALLAH saved me from a big trouble i have talked with imams n they said a woman cant give divorce until husband give her this right at nikah time.
Thanks to my sweet Allah he is very kind on us he is KAREEM and RAHEEM.
i advised all muslim women n men that plz do not say a single word about ur nikah when u r in anger.i did this mistake n i can not forget my condition.
my sister manahil asked me y i did this mistake n y i want live a man who is involve in bad activity.let me tell u first of all he is father of my baby n i love him so much secondly his bad activity is eating tobacco...i know for some people its not this much bad but its very dangerous for every one health so i thought my husband should must get rid of it.my method was wrong but Allah gave me another chance to be with my husband n this time i will change him with love not with anger n imposition INSHALLAH

Based on what I've learned, a woman can't divorce her husband.
Only men can divorce their wives.
No matter how many times to say "I divorce you", it won't happen.

So, your marriage is still valid.

This is what I learned as a Shafi'i.
