Default Taubah in time-Pakistani man returns stolen money, Just before death
Just before death, man returns stolen money
Friday, 27 May 2011
Riyadh, May 27: A Pakistani man who had stolen his employer in Saudi Arabia for nearly eight years returned all the money just a day before he died on his way back home in Pakistan, a newspaper said on Wednesday.

Shabir Arfeen, 46, an aide to an owner of a Saudi contracting firm, had forged documents during his eight-year-work, allowing him to steal his employer without his knowledge, Sabq said.

Last week, Shabir told his employer he was returning to his home country and asked for ending his contract.

“Before flying home, Arfeen went to his employer and gave him SR140,000 ($38,000)… he told him that it was his money because he had stolen him for eight years…” the paper said.

“He asked his employer to forgive him and left for Pakistan on the next day…on his way from Karachi airport to his town, nearly 300 km away, Arfeen was killed in a serious accident involving his taxi cab.”
