ijtihad = a procedure used to deduce a ruling on a matter which has no similitude in the past.

tarteel = reciting the quran in a slow and beautiful manner, whereby one recites the makharij(way of pronouncing letters) properly and establishes complete pausing in its rightful place.

Shariah as you said means a path/way, this in the Islamic term means path taken from the sources of Islam i.e. Quran/Hadith etc for the people to follow.

Ameer means leader, and mo'mineen refers to the believers. The title of Ameer ul Mo'mineen is the title for the authenticated Khalifa of the time.

Baitul Maqdis- which one is the al aqsa mosque ? is it the old building or the mosque with the dome on it. Yes Baitul Muqaddas refers to Masjidul Aqsaa. Which is the old black domed building and not the golden dome. Golden dome is the "Dome of the Rock", the place where the rock is which Rasulullah used to step on and then mount Buraaq (the flying horse) at the time of his Ma'raaj (ascension).

You forgot Ijma and Qiyas in addition to Qur'an and Sunna being the sources of Shari'a.
