I wasnt too off when originally diagnosed this question. Bhai jaan, think like this, if her own father cannot talk sense to her then what mountain are you going to conquer? Hazrat Nuh alayhi salaam could not save his own son, though he is a jayyid jalil ul qadr nabi. So what is the ruhaniyat of this imam in front of Hazrat Nuh alayhi salaam? Just make dua for her and for all Muslims in the world.

Sometimes from the stomach of a saint is born a shaytaan and sometimes from the stomach of shaytaan is born a saint - this is the shaan of Allah swt yukhrijul hayya minal mayyit wa yukhrijul mayyit minal hayy. In the place where you thought deen was dead comes a very pious person and from the place where you think deen is alive comes a very deeni corrupt individual. We always have to be fearful for first our future and our next coming generation.

السلام عليكم,

Brother, aren't we all sinners? Some of us are stuck in one sin, some in the other. If we are fortunate enough that Allah in his infinite mercy has covered up our sins from the public eye we shouldn't feel superior, just make a lot of shukr that he covered us up and make plenty of du'aa for that sister and all other young brothers and sisters in similar situations.
he also needs to find out if its haraam or not and tehn advise the sister inshAllah. Allah makes things haraam for a reason, we dont just leave people to do haraam on teh understanding that Allah is going to show us his mercy because we dont know whether we will be shown Allahs mercy or his justice

meaning if non-muslim man convert then it is allowed to marry muslim girl?
of course a convert can marry a muslim girl. Although dont expect many families to let you, we live in a racist society now a days, Parents wont let you marry a pakistani unless your pakistani, somali unless yoru somali, arab unless your an arab etc. If the parents are cool with it then no probem inshAllah. And may Allah be just with those racists who reject a good muslim brother from tehir daughter on teh basis of race. Allahummah ameen thumma ameen

brother have you actually seen with your eyes this girl committing the act you've mentioned?

have you then approached her directly and advised her to stop this rather than disclose her sins to the world and her father?

to conclude, other posters have answered your question fully yet you still persist in this line of questioning? are you obsessed with the girl? you want to marry her?
he never exposed her sin as he never mentioned her name.

Also you made some bad accusations against teh brother
