Unfortunately in English there are no such books on Shamela. You could search for word files and import them in Shamela.

Since I'm a beggar and poor person in the 'Arabic language, I have many english PDF's. Is there a way to put it in the ash-Shaamilah?

Yes there is an option to put it on shamila. I personally do not put pdf's on shamila because you cannot search through it.
