How is it that others have 12GB and even more space filled with Islamic books in their Maktabah? I updated mine and do not have as much. Are there cd's available for additional materials?
Any help will be appreciated.

The one I have presently is approximately 15gb. From time to time an update is given to clear little flaws in the software, therefore the initial links which are 35 in total when opened and installed will come to approximately 22gb.

The update is only for the ones who already have the software, the update file size is aprox 12mb.

I hope this clears up the confusion.

English books can also be put on shamila. Hence if someone has word files in english than they could upload them or give links to them for the benefit of the english users.

Unfortunately in English there are no such books on Shamela. You could search for word files and import them in Shamela.
