Default The Rewards...
Asalam Alykum WrWb,

Just thought of sharing this:

1. The reward for having Love for the sake of Allah SWT

Abu Hurayra RA narrates the Rasulullah SAW said: "Allah SWT shall say on the day of resurrection: 'Where are those who loved each other on account of my Majesty? Today I will shade them under My shade - a day on which there is no shade except the shade provided by Me'.

Abu Umamah RA narrates that Rasulullah SAW said: "Allah SWT has special servants. He will make them sit on pulpits of light on the day of resurrection. The light will cover their faces. They will remain seated till the reckoning of all the creation is completed".

2. The reward for practising on the Quran and Sunnah and holding firmly to them.

Abu Hurayrah RA narrates the Prophet SAW said: "Whoever holds on to my sunnah at the time of corruption of my ummah shall receive the reward of a matyr"

3. Reward for the circles of dhikr and assembling for dhikr

Anas RA narrates the Rasulullah SAW said that Allah SWT says "On the day of resurrection, the entire gathering of people will come to know who the people of honour are" He was asked: "Who are the people of honour Rasulullah?". He replied: "They are the people of the assemblies of dhikr".

4. The reward for he who conceals the faults of his Muslim brother

Abu Hurayra RA narrates that Rasulullah SAW said: "No person concels the faults of another in this world without Allah SWT concealing his faults on the day of resurrection"

5. The reward for seeking knowledge and teaching it for the sake of Allah SWT.

Safwan ibn Assal Al Muradiyy (RA) narrates: I came the Prophet SAW while he was in the masjid, lying on a red sheet. I said "O Rasulullah! I have come seeking knowledge". He SAW replied: "Welcome to the seeker of knowledge. Surely the angels surround the seeker of knowledge. They then climb one on top of the other till they reach the lowet heaven. They do this out of love for (the knowledge) that he is seeking." Ibn Majah rahimahullah adds that safwan (RA) said: "I heard Rasulullah SAW saying: "Whoever leaves his house seeking knowledge, the angels place their wings for him out of happiness for what he is doing".

JazakAllah khair.

Wa alykum asalam.

Regarding the first one: love for the sake of Allah

Isnt it enough of an incentive that Allah S.W.A says His Love becomes wajib for such a person who loves for His sake?

for such a good post. We are so busy with daily life that we forget such small but very important things.
