im probably the worst person to give advice... but i have been told by my teachers that one should prepare well what he or she is to speak about and most importantly have trust in Allah(swt) that you will do well.... that is the biggest thing because we get so nervous in front of others and start to "stutter" etc....
it is easy to say but hard to implement as with all things.

lastly also be confident in what you know, if you are not confident that means you may need to study the topic a bit more....

May Allah give us all the ability to clearly convey our ideas and knowledge to others.
