Welcome to Islam brother.

I do not know how much you have already learnt, but before learning Arabic, I suggest you go through the stuff I have linked below in order and make sure you know it. These are the absolute fundamentals. Realistically you want to go through these with a live teacher, face to face, in fact its a must really. Anyway until you can find a teacher to go through these topics with you can read:

Basic beliefs of a Muslim : http://www.central-mosque.com/aqeeda...ialbeliefs.htm

Cleanliness in Islam : http://www.central-mosque.com/fiqh/C...softhebody.htm

Details of Ghusl (purificatory bath) : http://www.central-mosque.com/fiqh/Ghusl.htm

Details of how to pray : http://www.central-mosque.com/fiqh/Prayer.htm

Once you know all that you are ready to move on inshAllah.

Now if you find it hard to read online or those articles difficult to follow there is a book called taleemul Haqq. Learn the first 4 or 5 chapters of that book if you can get ahold of it. It's also online here:

:salam;

the best procedure would be to find a honest, sincere and knowledgeable teacher near to you and learn by him rather than learning on your own.
