is there any dua or thing tht we can do to see our beloved prophet Muhammad Sallah hu alyhe wassalum in our dream??
Yes, many people have listed many amals one can do to make ziyarat but hands down there is no practice greater than reviving the sunnah. Bring to life the sunnahs which are being trampled on today, embrace the sunnah which has become orphaned today, and without fail you will see Huzoor salallahu alayhi wa sallam. With the clear eyes of your heart you will see.

Although I'm a great sinner but my most beloved appeared two times in my dream. First time I saw him from very close but couldn't see his face clearly (or I forgot after waking up). Second time I saw him in last Ramadan (I was staying in a Masjid during my 40 days Jamat that time). He was carrying a stick and sudddenly he disappeared and I started weeping saying "Ya Rasoolullah! Ya Rasoolullah!" in my dream. But unfortunately I again forgot his face.

Allah knows the hikmah behind this. May Allah give me Taufiq to meet him again in my dream as well as in Jannah. Ameen.

I just want to add that seeing Rasulullah in the dream does not automatically mean a person is pious and righteous.

Depends on the dream.

Exactly. Moulana Yunus Patel saheb mentions that if a Faasiq sees Rasulullah in his dreams everyday, doesn't make him a pious person. Rather that person should realize it is more of a warning.

What is the problem here exactly, saudi or salafi?

walaikum assalam,

actual salafi means the people who follow the salfe-salihins of first three generations.

saudi salafi means the people who blindly follow saudi 21st century scholars and do not try to know the salfe-salihins of first three generation from any other source. they consider albani better than imam bukhari (rah), muslim (rah) and then then then ..........And they consider bin baz and his cohorts better than imam abu hanifa (rah), malik (rah) shafie (rah) ahmad bin hambal (rah) and then then then.

hope this small answer will be sufficient to the humble heart........

Asalam Alykum WrWb,

One of the pious elders told me a long description of his dreams of beloved Rasool SAW and his companians, Sayidina Umar RA, Hazrat Bilaal etc.. He discribed how the companians also looked. Just by hearing, I had tears in my eyes.. Its a huge blessing to see such dreams.

When I asked him what should one do to see such dreams, he replied:

1. Taqwa
2. Stick strictly to sunnah. Have passion for it and revive it.
2. Abundunt salawat, 3000, 6000..

May Allah SWT give us this taufeeq. Ameen.
