brother i found one thing very interesting here, if you talk about any nation be it arabs ,turk, hindo etc, no body is bothered. But when you talk about Pakistani nation, there is much hue and cry: every ""thekedar" of deen will start shouting at you; i am afraid to understand what can we call it in simple language?

Turks and Arabs are nations as they share the language , blood , cultural background and ethnic basis which are necessary to formulate a nation. Pakistan is composed of various ethnic groups with different languages , cultures and historical background so there is nothing known as Pakistani nation. It is a silly idea that a nation did not exist before 1947 and it came into being after that. Islam was thought to be the gluing force between the various ethnic groups living in Pakistan but the hypocrites to raised the slogans never were sincere in doing that. The binding force between the various ethnic groups of Pakistan is too week to formulate any "Pakistani nation".

Much details can be given but the idea of Pakistani nation is a failed idea. Our primary identity is Islam and instead of focusing on emotional but empty rhetoric of "Pakistanism" , we should focus on our identity as a Muslim who is bound to establish caliphate and become a part of the Muslim Ummah. deen always comes first
it is similar to that if any one is living with his family in a house, he will never prefer his house to his family members but to take care of the house is his responsibilty
