An (English) translation of the Qur'an should suffice. ~ The Qur'an is a good book for a logic however. I would recommend Imaam Al-Ghazzali's The Just Balance. Alhamdulillah there is a good translation available in pdf form here. In it, the Imaam RA talks about the logic that Allah SWT taught the Prophets AS in order to argue and debate with the people they were sent to. For example, he discusses the argument between Ibrahim AS and the king and the methods of arguments Ibrahim AS used to show the king his error. It's very interesting in that it is based on the Qur'an and yet not difficult to understand. |
