These creeps have got a fertile ground in modern times because of the weak or completely broken social fabric of modern society. Mostly we hear about psychopaths, sociopaths because of the havoc wrought by them in western societies but even the eastern societies are not safe at all and the lack of news is because of lack of expertize to identify this calamity. As we adopt western ways more and more we are becoming prone to succumb to their exploits by diluting our social strength.
