Salam every one, I want to make my home more Islamic. Does anyone suggest me how can I do it? I have some plants, my family pictures, some Islamic books etc.

Well, you can introduce one traditional carpet in your drawing room with placing small plants accordingly. Buy few medium size images of Makka/Madina and placed it in your drawing such as it not be visible in just entering but can be when someone looking your drawing room.

Agreed, with this you can arrange some old tradition glasses, plates and cups which resemble royal looks. Offer Dates with tea/coffee to your guests. Have food traditionally even when you are hosting dinner or lunch.

Islam is not about show off's, so I suggest keep your house as you and your family member likes. I suggest following Islam rather than using it in decoration. Please don’t take my words otherwise.
