Assalamu Alaikum, The congregation has started. You enter the masjid late and the first row is found by you to be complete. You're only the second row can be started by person who. You know that no body else is visiting join the jama'ah (so that you could wait). A couple of questions in this scenario: 1) Would you touch somebody from the center, the extreme right or the extreme left of the very first line? Suppose that of these are educated and may understand what the faucet suggests. 2) Let's say someone has been tapped by you from the center and he steps back once again to join you. What do others in the very first line do? Do positions be all adjusted by them until there's no space left? Solutions according to the Shafi'i college could be much appreciated (if obviously, there's ikhtilaaf to start with). Jazakumullah Khair Wassalam
