Default prayer and du'as in arabic or spanish?
Assalamualeykum sisters and brothers, As a number of you realize I'm a recently available convert to Islam and I'm studying at this time the fundamentals. I've a couple of questions I couldn't resolve only reading catalogues and online books. First, when performing wudu, after washing the hands, rinsing the mouth and nose and washing the facial skin and beard, I here comes my question, and have to clean my arms. Have I to clean them from the elbow to the hand or from the hand to the elbow? And would be the fingers also contained in the cleaning? 2nd, when time for prayer comes I recite the Adhan and Iqama in arabic, I also do the takbir in arabic and, obviously, I recite Qur'an in arabic, but, besides that may I use spanish for the du'as and the tashahud? So what can I say in spanish during prayer without invalidating my it? And last, are the du'as and invocations that are used during the day, for instance seeking refuge from Satan before studying the Qur'an or asking for Allah's mercy when entering the masjid, to be mentioned in arabic or may I make use of a appropriate interpretation to spanish? Please help! Wasalam!
