Yesterday my mother explained I'd "no life" since I don't have really a life, but good point is that I remain healthy and the very fact that I reside in a location without many muslims so it's difficult to really have a good social life beyond college, and I worry if I join some type of activity or social group with kuffars I'll become like them. Therefore I told her the hadith about the friends and told her existence was about living etc. Etc. She went bonkers and began saying "I would not say that to my mother and ect. ect." How much could one get? I was speaking very nicely.
