I've known this woman for 4 years. We're both at an adult age and are past adolescence. I do want to get Nikah with her and she wants to the nikah as well. Nevertheless we've one hundred thousand evidence that her father or any man in her family may differ to the nikah. The reason why being: 1. Her education haven't been completed by her. 2. She's 3 older brothers and sisters which have still not married, her family simply confirms to marrying the parents 1st then following a couple of years once the woman is 24, 25 her father allows her to marry me( Maybe). Nevertheless we're splitting up or leaving and in love her isn't a choice, It'll merely result in 2 lives closing. Showing her father or any man in her family has gone out of the issue as well since we've one hundred thousand evidence that her father may either: 1. Conclusion her life, 2.send her to Pakistan to marry still another man or 3. outcast her from her family/ hurt her psychologically and physically. Nikah is just a benefit and is a great thing demonstrably, nevertheless her family can't observe that until a couple of years from now. In hadith it says there's no nikah with out a wali (Gaurdian). My condition is i want so we don't sin anymore to get nikah to her. It's haram to keep in touch with women. look at them and etc. We will be stopped by this nikah both from sinning. I've done lots of research and talked to a couple imaams. The imaams say as you've 2 witnesses yes it's good do the nikah with no wali aslong. then i ask the question 'however it says in hadith there's no nikah with out a wali' then they wind up referring me onto someone else. and the pattern continues. Many stories have been read by me but nothing such as this. Therefore I clear this up: It's impossible to obtain a man from her family to function as the wali at our nikah, and it's impossible to keep her. I do want to get nikah with her infront of 3 wiitnesses and demonstrably the molvi. Therefore it will be introduced all our friends will learn about the nikah. Just our people won't know. I understand in hadith it says don't do nikah in solution. Our family will be told by us in a couple of years. I've several ways so dont be worried about that. But please help me in this case.
