Default Preventing tax cost to low Muslim authorities : Halal or Haram or Makruh?
On average several Western countries impose high taxes on the people, when compared with Muslim countries. Therefore, individuals have a tendency to-play with the tax cost towards the government. If you visit a store there, you'll begin to see the costs like 1.99, 4.99 an such like. I asked someone why they don't use simple numbers like 2.00, 5.00. He explained that the higher tax rate is likely to be enforced when the entrepreneur use 2.00 in the place of 1.99!!! Recenty I was speaking with a buddy of mine residing in the UNITED KINGDOM. He explained that his buddy, a brother, works in a business possessed by the power. He requires the money in money, no money bill or bank transfer when this person get income from the business,. Consequently, both he and his business may play using the tax cost for the non Muslim authorities. I'm wondering if this type of practice is prevalent in Muslim areas in the UNITED KINGDOM. What's the Islamic Principle on this type of tax reduction plan?? Could it be Halal?? O-r, makruh?? Or just Haram?? Would you know any fatwa with this problem??
