I need some information on Sheikh Khaleel, a pakistani Qari residing in madina who is the instructor of Sheikh Ayub and several others who lead salah in-the haramain and other notable masjids in Makkah and Madina, Both his daughters are also Qaris and they lead salah in Masjid Quba and Masjid Qiblahtain....I want to know whether he's any connection with any deobandi team whatsoever and if somebody knows his history or resource then that'll be useful also.
