The Companions, who by nature held raised feelings, were fascinated by the greatest morality, and inclined towards pride and advantage, wouldn't voluntarily extend their arms to evil and falsehood, and so fall to the amount of Musaylima the Liar and his absurd utterances. For he was the herald of lies, and falsehood, evil, and their embodiment. Their figures required that they appeared towards the position of the perfections, these of God's Beloved (PBUH) at the greatest of the high, who had been the herald and embodiment of reliability, great, and right, and that they hastened in that way with all their power and effort. For instance, it occasionally happens that on the market of human culture and store of social existence, everyone flees in disgust from the fearsome results and unpleasant consequences of certain things, like from a dangerous poison, let alone getting them, as the wonderful results and useful consequences of certain other things and of immaterial products attract the overall view and need to them-selves like a universal remedy and a glowing brilliant; everyone tries their utmost to purchase them. In only exactly the same way, in the Era of Bliss on the market of human social life, because products like laying, evil, and unbelief gave rise to benefits like eternal agony and foundation buffoons like Musaylima the Liar, it's certain and obvious the Companions, who have been fascinated by raised faculties and love of exalted things, might flee from them with loathing as from deadly poison. And of the requisite, the Companions, with their real natures and praiseworthy faculties, might, with all their power, feelings, and characteristics, be desirous of and clients for reality, reliability and perception, which produced results like eternal joy and luminous fruits like God's Noble Messenger (PBUH), as if for the very best remedy and valuable stone. Until they've become shoulder to shoulder, nevertheless, after this time, the exact distance between lying and honesty has steadily and by degrees reduced. Having started to be offered together in-the same store, social morality is becoming damaged. Greater demand have been caused by the propaganda of politics for laying. At the same time once the amazing ugliness of laying has begun to become hidden and the glowing splendor of truthfulness has begun to not be obvious, who is able to attain for the power, consistency, and taqwa of the Companions in the issues of justice, truthfulness, exaltedness, and right, o-r exceed their degree? I'll describe some thing which happened in my experience which may illuminate this to some level. Then, while stating, 'Glory be to my Sustainer, the Most High' during the prayers, the meaning of the expression was unfolded in my experience. Perhaps not in its total meaning, but its truth simply became obvious to me. I said in my own heart: 'If perhaps I can conduct among the five daily prayers in-the same manner as this expression, it'd be much better than a year's praise.' Following the prayers I comprehended that that thought and state was assistance showing that the Companions' level in worship couldn't be achieved. In that great social revolution triggered by the lights of the Qur'an, while opposites were separated from another, and evils together with all their night, facts and all who used them, and great and perfections together with all their lights and benefits came face to face - at this kind of interesting time, all glorifications of God and recitations of His Names indicated all the degrees of their connotations newly and recently and in-a small and unfaded style. Therefore also, underneath the piling of this great revolution all of the senses and delicate internal characteristics of individuals were awakened, actually senses like those of fancy and imagination, within an awakened and conscious state, received the various definitions of those recitations and glorifications prior to their very own ideas, and consumed them. Ergo, due to once the Companions, whose senses were delicate and awakened characteristics, attentive, uttered these blessed words containing the lights of glorification and perception, this knowledge, they did therefore in all their meaning and they partook of these with all their senses. Nevertheless, after that turmoil and revolution, the characteristics have gradually sunk into rest and the feelings dropped from that point-of facts into heedlessness; like fruits, underneath the veil of knowledge, these blessed words have gradually dropped their quality and delicacy. Merely, as if drying up through the air of superficiality, only a little quality remains, and this can be restored to its former state only through surgery of the thinking and reflective type. Ergo, it's as a result of this that another may achieve the stage and advantage the Companions attained to in forty minutes, just in forty years.
