You can find women with traditional ideas of life and relationships in the west, and you can find women with a more westernized idea of life and relationships back "home". You need to figure out what values are important to you in a spouse, and go about looking for a woman who has those values. Doesn't matter if it's here or there.

What matters is finding a decent spouse on the Deen, so make dua that ALLAH give you a good pious spouse, where the spouse is from doesn't really matter as long as Imaan is in place. May Allah make it easy for you.
