I heard this dua from the lecture of Hazrath Moulana Syed Anzarshah Qasmi Sahab(DB). He said that Hazrath Moulana Abrar-ul-Haq Sahab taught this dua i.e. whenever evil person or any person who comes with a intention to harm you or do zulm on you, for example, if any police constable is coming near to you with the intention of doing zulm (without any valid reason) then we should read this 4 beautiful names of Allah repeatedly
يا سُبّوح (Ya subbuhu)
يا قدوس (Ya Quddusu)
يا غفور (Ya Gafuuru)
يا ودود (Ya Waduudu)

This is a dua which will save you from their zulm.
P.S: Yaqeen should be there.

Hazrath's Khadim said that once he was travelling in jeddah and suddenly cops were capturing and asking for the proofs, so hazrath read that wazifa of him and then the main constable pointed them to leave from there.

i was i jamaat in america. i was another brother from uk who was driving. as we were not used to the area we were jumping from lane to lane trying to find our way. we jumped over a double yellow line or something between lanes which we dont have in the uk. a cop stopped us and demanded an address to write out a ticket. my friend tried to explain that we dont have an address in america and can only give the address in uk. the cop demanded we give him an address in america and wouldnt let us go. it seemed like he was going to arrest us. my friend then closed his eyes and lowered his head. at the exact moment he did that another car came speeding out of somewhere and went straight into another car. the cop ran off to the accident shouting that he was going to let us off this time and dont do it again.

i think we were looking for a dunkin donut at the time.
