Wa Alaykum Salaam Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

Jazak'Allah khayran for your e-mail and query. It seems, from the e-mail sent, that the individual concerned is suffering from genuine problems, caused by the unnecessary exposure to what we call "Internet Deen"..which has turned him into a Questioner rather than one who submit's to the will of Allah.

This is the main reason we have been told that to understand Hadeeth, one must study the Hadeeth according to the Usool set out by our Pious Predessecors. Hence creating a scholary discourse which is line with the Quraa'an al Kareem and Hadeeth An Nabawi Shareef.

For example, not everyone who read's a book of recipes is able to become the most reknowned chef, but rather a scrupoulous study needs to take place under the guidance of individuals who have learnt from those who knew.

As the Qura'an States, in the meaning "Ask those those who know, if you yourself do not know.." and in the Prophetic Tradition it is taught to us that the traditions of the Prophet Alayhisalaam are the most purest and wisest examples for us which come from the divine. The concept of FREE WILL would be better understood if we were to understand that we are Slaves of Allah and submit ourselves rather than let our "created" intellect take over us and let it be opened up to the most unfourtunate situation, ending up with no Imaan, which seems to be happening to the brother, how unfourtunate and a sad, dire situation.

May Allah save him and grant him ease and understanding. I highly recomend that this brother's query be passed on to a Scholar of the Deen who is based in America, by the name of Shaykh Abdul Kareem Yahya, who is more qualified and knowledgable than myself. I will Insha'Allah pass this on to various other Imaam's and Schola'rs who will be able to help Insha'Allah.
