As far as I know, some stores, including Ali Express, operate as usual. But, they might have some problems with deliveries in certain countries. Besides, now the shipping might take a little bit longer.
I’ve ordered some stuff from there, and it took them 3 months to deliver it. The most frustrating part was that I couldn’t track my order, and the only thing I could do is desperately waiting for my package to arrive. At some point, I even thought that they have lost my parcel somewhere.
Luckily, my friend told me about the ali express tracking option. It helps to monitor your parcel, and now you know where it is.
