Default Need tips for precaution and remedy for Asthma.
I am 30 year old working women .from past few weeks I noticed that I got restless soon in few meters of walk and sometime even in climbing stairs .i think that I have some symptoms of being asthmatic want to know what are remedies and prevention that should be taken in order to cure asthma.

Hi friends,First of all you need to see a doctor because it is not always true that any kind of restlessness is the symptom of asthma. Sometimes allergy is also a probable reason of restlessness .acute sinus can also be the the reason for the same.

Hi dear,yes I agree with the above written it is essential to know what triggers your problem .it is basically estimated that most of the asthma caused by aeroallergenes.aeroallergenes such as house dust,insect mites and animal allergens.

Hi dear of you still have some restlessness symptoms, air pollution could be the most probable reason for that .major air pollutant like nitrogen dioxide ,sulphur dioxide and ozone. don't stay for longer in pollution.the level of these gases present in air directly related to your getting prone to asthma.

Hi dear,another reason for you getting asthma or restless is smoke.there are evident proofs that shown active cigratte smoking in young adults also pose a risk of asthma .avoid active and passive smoking .stay away from smokers completely because of environmental tobacco smoke(ETS) that is highly responsible for asthma.

Hi folks,I think indoor pollution is also responsible for asthma as outdoor pollution is.common indoor pollutants that cause asthma is house dust mites,molds ,air pollutants emitted from electric appliances like hair dryer can also cause damage .

Hi folks, apart from pollution I noticed that apart from pollution food allergies are also responsible for asthma .most of the food allergies cause by pea nuts ,fish shell fish ,eggs ,wheat and soyabean .you can check what causing you a problem.

Hi dear,I agree what written above please diagnose first what is the probable reason for your asthma because there are many reasons for asthma and according to this you can maintain your diet or can change our lifestyle.most of the doctors suggest even the mild change in diet can reduce the severity of disease .

Hi buddies, recently studied shown that virus are also responsible for asthma .there is no doubt that the most important trigger other than aeroallergen is a viral infection or common cold .some viral infection that caused in childhood can become severe in young age.

Hi dear , you can also check your family background history because most of the asthma caused by genetic and have no cure. If you have someone in our family that has asthma ,then there are probable chances of you getting infected to asthma.

Hey dear, there is no cure for asthma but the great news is that asthma, if gentle, moderate, or intense, hypersensitive or nonallergic, could be operated. So I suggest you should go to the doctor because they have practical experience in treating asthma. That can be better option for you.

Hey dear, you can try this as a home remedy for Asthma. Take Black resin, dates, in length Pippli (Piper longum) and nectar, in equivalent quantity and mix all of them together and make paste .Take one teaspoonful of it morning and nighttime with warm drain.

Hey dear, you should drink lemon juice(one tsp. water and 2 tsp.natural lemon squeeze) two times in a day, carrot juice(1/2 glass) twice as well in a day for prevention from the asthma. If you follow this you feel difference very soon.

• Drink bubbled water in bounty.
• Stay away from over consuming. Take light supper one hour before setting off to couch.
• Stay away from tree grown foods for example guava, papaya, watermelon and banana.
