Default Have You Used A Weighted Blanket?
I know that some times back someone mentioned weighted blankets. I tried a search and nothing shows up, so starting a new post.

Furthermore, I have read several articles and reviews on different weighted blankets.

I use a lightweight blanket all year, even if I sweat at night. I feel like its more of a comforting” thing. Furthermore, I do have issues sleeping and leg pains that often worsen at night. I also often deal with trying to quiet my mind and anxiety.

Have you tried weighted blankets? If so what did you look for in your search? I read about the varied weights and thicknesses. I didn’t realize that they were so costly.

If you’ve used one or looked into buying one, share your experiences and thoughts.

I had some trouble with falling asleep at night. I tried taking sleeping pills, but they either do not work at all, or I sleep for 14 hours. To help me, my wife starts searching for different methods for fighting insomnia. I tried everything, but only a few options were helpful. Now, I work out in the morning and drink herbal teas before bedtime. Also, my wife purchased a weighted blanket from sommio.co.uk I never thought that this might help to fall asleep, but it is working. It is neither too hot nor too cold with that blanket. I never thought that bedding and some other stuff might play a vital role in sleep.

The leg pains are probably caused by too soft of a mattress. If some parts of your body are not supported enough, they will become strained overnight, resulting in a feeling of pain. To fix this, I suggest going to a mattress review site that has in-depth reviews of popular brands and their models. You will be able to quickly determine the type of mattress you need to improve your sleeping comfort and buy the one you like best.

A natural and healthy bed linen option for you and your family is a very important attribute. I know that silk bedding prevents overheating. If you suffer from asthma and allergies, then this is the best option for you. You should not save on bed linen. It's like good clothes, only for the ages.

I'm thinking of purchasing a weighted blanket too. It helps people to have good sleep and security. I'm suffering from Anxiety and Depression. However, I'm thinking of how will I clean it?
