Default lactofree milk question
hi, i was wondering if lactofree milk is ok to use in tea (it has all the milk sugars removed) it has 3g of carbs per 100ml. i like cream in coffee but not in tea and would like to use it

I would think, that if it fits into your carb count, go ahead! As you said, the sugars are removed.

LOL!!! I know, I was so happy to see you! I was 152 the last time I weighed, about 2 lbs from it and now into a month of experimenting. How are you doing? So good to hear from you!

i am doing really well thanks Arlene. i have been very busy lately so havent been around much, i am still sitting at 11 and a half stone so not really losing but i am not being as strict as i could but i know when i want to lose a few lb i will just cut back on the veggies and wine, i think i am having around 40-55 carbs a day, i eat a load of veggies and have a glass of wine now and then. i still dont touch chocolate or sweets or starches so i think because of that i am not going to put on weight but because of the extra carbs i am eating and drinking, i am not going to lose either, but i am happy enough at the moment i am still 21lb less than i was in sep last year and feel comfy enough for the time being. spring will be here soon and the days will be getting longer so i will take plenty of evening walks and maybe the odd run. that will boost my loss a bit.

you have done so well, 2lb from your goal is amazing. what are you experimenting with? what are you introducing? let me know how it goes.

Tracy, I am so glad you are doing well, and are happy where you are. Like you said, you know how to stay there now, too. Thank goodness. This stuggle is so different than before Low Carb, we know where to go to help ourselves.

I posted a note about what I am looking at on my progress thread today here http://www.lowcarbsite.com/showthrea...venture/page17 Where is your avatar pic taken?

Tracy, My ancient roots are in Scotland, I have been there many times. I am home when I am there.
My book, The Fox is about Scotland. go to my website and see www.radasky.com It is a free Kindle download at Amazon and to the Kindle and all other readers in other sites. I also recorded it and included some wonderful music here, http://www.podiobooks.com/title/the-fox
