I want to give my self a helthy way of life, so I deside to start walking 45minuts a day, or bike for a hour, I live and a beutifull city full of trees and joging pats, so is no excuses for me. I use to jog 10 miles a day long long long.... time ago so I know will be step by step. only one quesstion how can I replace the sodion and sugars I will loose in my exersice if we cant have any gatorade or any sport drinks?

Guys, thanks so much for the encouragement yes, I will a wonderfull birthday and about the drink, I quess water will be fine Also letme tell you I went shopping and I went from size 18 to a 14 in only 26 days., Im so so so so crazy about it. cant wait to loose down to size 6, thanks again you so cool beautifull people, your
