That's great.
![]() My brother has finally decided to start a cardio program.. the little bugger can already jog almost the entire way.. and beats my best time by a whopping 10 minutes. lol I'm so proud of him though. I don't really know how far I go.. I take a best guess. Along my route I do a 1km Bike track in exactly 10 minutes(at least lately). And that is mid coarse... and I'm out now for about 45 minutes on weekdays and I add distance on weekends staying out for about 60 minutes. I figure 15 minutes a mile is close enough. :P ![]() |
