Friday

4 miles
42:10 (10:32/mile)
10.35/10.27/10.33/10.32

I got some kind of stomache bug the past few days. I missed my run yesterday. Hopefully, I can still make 15 miles this week.

That's great.

My brother has finally decided to start a cardio program.. the little bugger can already jog almost the entire way.. and beats my best time by a whopping 10 minutes. lol I'm so proud of him though.

I don't really know how far I go.. I take a best guess. Along my route I do a 1km Bike track in exactly 10 minutes(at least lately). And that is mid coarse... and I'm out now for about 45 minutes on weekdays and I add distance on weekends staying out for about 60 minutes. I figure 15 minutes a mile is close enough. :P

Jonathan, as long as you're getting your heartrate up, you're getting as much benefit walking as you would running. 45-60 minutes is great

Wednesday

3 miles
30:41 (10:13/mile)
10.11/10.21/10.06

I still feel it, but it doesn't seem to be getting worse with the running, and it doesn't hurt while I'm running. I've been leary of strength training because that's when I feel it the most.
