Type couch to 5 k in your address bar, its a program to get non runners(couch potatoes) running! Its really pretty fun so far! It starts u off slow then teaches u how to go about it gradually so u dont suffer injuries or get put off cause of muscle soreness. I will commit to doing this I believe. Thanks Patty!

You can get them with hooks, too. I have both kinds. In the coolrunning boards, this discussion comes up a lot, and you could probably do a search to find some good suggestions. I, personally, like the ones that are pull-over (I use Hanes High-Impact from Walmart). Sometimes, a fitted tank over top adds more support (as opposed to just a tee).
I'd also tan beforehand, as I get quite sweaty when I run or do cardio. Of course, I don't tan, so it's not really an issue ![]() |

My thing is that most sports bras are one piece with no zippers or hooks, right? How do you get the thing on without hurting yourself, and then how do you get it off after you've been sweating, AND if you want to tan after your workout, how do you get in on and off in less than a minute, so you can get the rest of your clothes on or off? Just how do they work?
