Buy one of those posturpedic beds and just let it fold you up.

I know technically you wouldn;t be doing the exercise yourself but you would be ready to take a nap when you were done!

BJ I kind of shake when by accident I hold my breath. I'm better at the
exercises now but not perfect. I practice when I'm sitting at work tucking the tummy and pulling the ribs in.

Yep, that makes sense. I've been trying to do that. But I really have to remind myself to breath right.

I definitely feel like I'm doing better than when I started which is exciting. Today is my 11th day.

So happy, did you notice a physical change after 20 days the way the material says you will?
