FrogAttack was right, i was refering to the Jorge Cruise program, i should have been more specific.
The name can be vaguely misleading because if you warm up and cool down it automatically will take about 13 minutes and when you are doing individual leg or arm exercises unless you cut each movement time in half it takes about 20 minutes. I find it a good way to start my day, I've been doing it half assed for about a month or two and properly for a week now. And muscles that i find don't normally get isolated get attention which while you feel it at first will benefit you in the long run.. I also think that for people who either have real trouble exercising for physical or health reasons this is a good way to start. there is essentially no impact on the joints and it works on the principles of resistance training i think. For anyone with joint or knee problems that's good news. here' the link to his site. http://www.jorgecruise.com/ I also do other things during the day like walking or belly dancing. I want to pick up tai chi again too... |

I was wondering if anyone else has tried this program? I've been doing it when i get up in the mornings and i rather enjoy it. It isn't hard on joints or high impact but you can feel your muscles working. It is a nice quick morning routine that gets you kind of warmed up. I do other things later on in the day but wondered what other people have heard/felt about the program. (By program i mean the actual physical parts i haven't really done the diet part as it isn't quite Atkins friendly.
