Week 5 of my 16-week training program:
Sun: Strength ![]() Mon: 3 miles ![]() Tue: 5 miles ![]() Wed: 3 miles ![]() Thu: 4 miles ![]() Fri: Strength ![]() Sat: 7 mile long run ![]() Total: 22 miles Looking back through my running log, I only ran this many miles in one week once. I hope the weather isn't too bad for the weekday 5-miler. |
