thought I might as well post what I've been up to.
Biked 3.5 miles on the stationary recumbant till it broke ![]() Did benchpress, 130 2X5, 120 2x6, 110 2X6 Bicep curls, bout 3X5 at 27.5 lbs and 2X8 at 22.5 lbs tricep workout 2x5 at 22.5 lbs couple other arm workouts 100 crunches in 4 sets of 25 |
