That's excellent work. You'll add some muscle weight over that but the fat will keep burning off, so keep it up. Congratulations!

New year, new workouts. Besides walking now, Im doing bodyflex every day and pilates for abs butt and thighs every other day. Plus cutting down on my food intake, I think i musta been eating like a truckdriver before hehe.

Q's exercise
Hi, am doing 4 miles a day of walking slightly uphill on a treadmill and pilates for abs. Im starting to feel i might add on more walking soon.
