Hi buddy, I think working out at home may be the perfect way to balance weight loss aspirations with other lifestyle considerations. But I have no any single knowledge regarding this subject. If you will discover some useful information on the benefits and drawbacks of exercising at home or some exercise equipment options that will be useful then please discus about that knowledge you will gatherer

Working out at home doesn't require much , anything that gets your heart rate up in a benifit, This is what I do when I work out at home and I dont do these all in one section, stomich crunches, sit ups , push ups, walking in place.

There are tons of good exercise videos out there.
Are you new to exercising?
I started with Pilates. Looks harmless, but very effective.
Walk Away the pounds is a good one to get you started moving as well.
Look for Slim in 6. Awesome results with that one!
My video collection has totally become an obsession, just ask my husband LOL.

Edited to add: why does the word "video" keep coming out as the word "spam"?
ARRGG!! again! the first SPAM is supposed to be v i d e o

Hi and welcome Working out at home is nicer you don't have to put the latest outfit on or wear the newest ipod like you do at the gym. While working out at home I put my on music and do my stomich crunches, push ups and running in place.

I still go to the gym twice a week but that is more of a social thing and they offer classes that I cant get at home mainly I can take my 4 yr old son to a swimming class and I can take a workout while he is swimming.

The owners of this site must have set it up as a censored word. That means anytime you type it, it gets replaced with another word.

Thanks guys! Yes, I'm a bit new to exercising. What is Pilates? Is it aerobics? I heard recently that since aerobics increases your appetite, it's not a good weight loss exercise.

PM me and let me know what word you where trying to convey Pilates is a good exercise it requires alot of discipline If you do a goggle search for it you will find alot of helpful information about that exercise.

If you are new to exersizing take it slow in the begining, nothing to fast at first.
