Thank you for posting this site - it's reachfitness.tv. i joined but only some videos are free. If anyone else joins, let me know how you like Abs Express #3 (it's just 5 minutes but i feel like i'm gonna die!) and the kickboxing ones.

They also have a hip hop abs type class called core groove that's fun and a lot cheaper!
