Supi, Toning will do the trick, if you can find a salon that has toning tables you would be amazed at the results, this would be considered a low impack exercise, you do not burn calories with this exercise, but twice a week will get you there, you should still do your cross training.

Walking would be a great choice also.

Default Flabby thighs
Hi all,

I am in my induction phase and have been losing a bit. I workout around 3 times a week. Cross training and weights. But i have noticed that my thighs are getting flabby and giggle while walking. Are there any good and simple exercises to firm the thighs up?

If you want to do some low impact weights. Find a hip abductor or a machine that works the inside of your thighs. Simple leg lifts also work. It just depends on your preference of what you want to do. When it comes to weights, think low weight to tone, more reps. When you want to build muscle, more weight and fewer reps.

My suggestion is squats. You can go lighter weight, more reps...or heavy weight with less reps. Your leg muscles are quick to respond to weight training (which is fabulous news in my opinion)
P.S. Work your muscle groups every other day.
