Default Rethinking Eating
I haven't gone too astray but I realized just by making lunch, I usually overload my sandwich when I make egg salad. Today I used one egg and it is more than sufficient. The little things that make you think.

Just had an epiphany to cut out gluten from my day to day eating. Bought some gluten free buns tonight.
