Ever try 3 Day Diet Cleanse? They're drinks you take between breakfast and lunch and before bed. There are 2 "formulas" an AM and PM and they come in a pack the bottles look like 5 Hour Energy but they're all natural. I bought them at Uncle Deans, a local organic/all natural grocery store here. I'm trying to see if I can cleanse my system and maybe see if I can lose some water weight. Says to drink purified water when using it but I don't have any...

Water weight can easily be gotten rid of by drinking more water and, I know this isn't what you want to hear but I'm going to say it again, cutting out some of the alcoholic beverages.
